Even when we follow the Good Shepherd on paths of righteousness, we will often need to be restored.  We may explore other paths and find ourselves downcast.  In this third week of our Psalm 23 series, Pastor Frank Bennett shares how we can be restored when we get off of the right path.

In week two of our Psalm 23 series, Pastor Frank Bennett describes how the journey of our Good Shepherd begins in this passage. Like sheep, we often have difficulty resting in our "green pastures" because of fear and friction. Our Shepherd will lead us to still waters. But sometimes he may lead us through a storm before our still waters. We may never see and experience the amazing life God has for us in the still waters if we don’t follow Him into the storms.

How do you know when you have a shepherd? How do you know you're following a shepherd, the right shepherd? Pastor Frank Bennett takes us on a journey as we explore these questions during week one of our Psalm 23 series.

Do you have scars?  If you do, then you have a scar story.  You may carry scars that are deeply embedded in emotional, psychological, or spiritual places.  We are reminded this Easter of the scars that Jesus bore even with his glorified body.  His scars are with him in Heaven right now.  As we see in today's passage, his scars bring evidence for the doubt, peace for the confusion, and courage for the fears.

In this final message of our Six Days series, Pastor Frank Bennett shares the agony that Jesus experienced on the cross during his final Friday. Rejection, Pain, Isolation, and Death are all part of that Good Friday. But they also relate with us as well.

Jesus spends his final Thursday before laying down his life on the cross with his spiritual family, the disciples. At the last supper, we see Jesus encouraging and instructing his disciples while also introducing the sacrament of communion. The family table is a place where we break bread together and share words of encouragement and instruction. Much like our own family, everyone needs a spiritual family to walk with us on our Christian journey of becoming more like Christ. There is a local church with an empty seat at their table where you can break bread with others.

It’s the final Wednesday of Jesus before he surrenders to the cross. He has been around large crowds the previous three days. He decides to quarantine himself with his closest friends, to be still before he changes the world. In this message, Pastor Frank Bennett reminds us that God often will ask us to be still and know he is God and he has everything under control.

It's the third day of the final week of Jesus. We see the authority of Jesus questioned and expressed. Jesus never asked the religious leaders permission to heal, to teach, to drive out demons, or to drive out the money changers. When we give Jesus full authority over our lives, then He doesn’t need to seek permission to work in our hearts and to call us to do difficult things. By what authority do you live your life? Do you live it to your own authority, or the authority of Jesus?

In this second message of our Six Days series, Pastor Frank Bennett shares the events that took place on the Monday of the final week before Jesus suffered on the cross. He took the time to purify the temple from the greed and corruption that invaded worship sacrifices in the temple. This purification is symbolic of the way Jesus longs to purify our bodies from corruption and sin as the new temple of the Holy Spirit. What impurities does Jesus need to clean in your temple today?

In this first message of the Six Days sermon series, we visit the events that comprised the final Sunday of Jesus before going to the cross. On that Sunday, a pathway was made for Jesus to enter Jerusalem as a new king while riding a donkey.
