In this episode of Dread Media, Desmond Reddick interviews Michael Alan Nelson, writer of BOOM! Studios comic Fall of Cthulhu. After lamenting an illness and praising the ability to shave once again, he then goes on to review a few of the relevant comics from BOOM! Studios that are currently on the shelf. Jenny and Mike might be on vacation, but that doesn't mean they've left you empty-handed. Before heading off to celebrate Mike's 30th birthday, they sat down to record their thoughts about the haunting independent film Right at Your Door.

James and Mike continue the discussion of Superman: The Animated Series by examining five more episodes: "Fun and Games," "A Little Piece of Home," "Feeding Time," "The Way of All Flesh" and "Stolen Memories." All that, plus a slew of listener feedback!

This week Des and Mike took a look at Fantastic Four #554 (the first of 16 issues by Mark Millar and Bryan Hitch), Fantastic Four: The Lost Adventure (a hidden "gem" by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and friends), Ghost Rider #20 (in which Jason Aaron and Roland Boschi began their run), Marvel Adventures Hulk #8 (starring the Defenders) and Punisher: Force of Nature (wherein the Punisher stalks three men lost at sea).

In this episode of Dread Media, Desmond Reddick steps on broken branches and pushes brush out of his face while the wind stirs up terror. He also holds back his unexplainable nausea to review Forest Primeval and Hell's Ground (Zibahkhana). Of the five comics Des and Mike reviewed this week -- Clandestine #1, Lords of Avalon: Sword of Darkness #1, Marvel Illustrated: Moby Dick #1, The Twelve #2 and Uncanny X-Men #495 -- it's suggested that two be added to your pull list, and one is said to be a "modern classic in the making." Also, a Marvel Illustrated book finally impresses both men.

In this episode of Dread Media, Desmond Reddick bitches about work and reviews Right At Your Door and Hostel II before digging into some feedback. This week Des and Mike review two indy comic books (Afterburn #1 by Red 5 Comics, and Salem #0 from BOOM! Studios) as well as three Marvel books (Ultimate Fantastic Four #50, Ultimate Iron Man II #2 and World War Hulk Aftersmash: Damage Control #1).

In this episode of Dread Media, Desmond Reddick and Ben review Cloverfield in another installment of Roadkill Review. Des then goes back into the vault to review the most controversial film ever made: Cannibal Holocaust.
