In trials, we are to pray, love, welcome others, serve and suffer. The common thread in all these things is a reliance upon the Bible for wisdom (2 Tim. 3:16-17). Here, Pastor Jeremy uses 1 Peter 4 to remind us about finishing well and winning the lost for Jesus.

Jacob was at a low point in his life in Genesis 28. But he would turn the stone under his head to an altar of worship to God. Remember you cannot survive on someone else’s faith today. Find faith in encountering God today through your own worship to your Heavenly Father.

As Pastor Jeremy teaches here from the calling of Abram in Genesis 12, our prayer for you is that you can fight temptations to give up, lie or take matters into your own hands when you feel a need to respond to life’s challenges. Trust in God and His plan today. Take a single step of faith and you will be amazed how faithful God wants to be to you.
