The trade deadline looms and the gang try to figure out what Don Sweeney should do and will do at the deadline. Will he try for Artemi Panarin or Mark Stone? What about Matt Duchene? Or will he get Wayne Simmonds and Kevin Hayes? Who knows? We also talk about who can beat Tampa in the east and other nonsensical things because we're Bearly on Topic.

This week, we're talking about what the Bruins should do to improve the team as the trade deadline nears. Will they be able to construct a team that will beat Tampa Bay? Should Don Sweeney go big? Should he make smaller deals? Panarin or Mark Stone? Geoff has an idea.

With the Bruins on a bye and the All Star Break, we turn our attention to some other things , most notably the firing of former Bruins and now ex-Oilers GM, Peter Chiarelli. We have some injury talk about Tuukka Rask and Anders Bjork. We dance around how the Bruins had been playing before the break. And we chat a little about the ASG. will there be dog hockey at long last? Will we be paid for it? Who will Gritty beat up during the mascot games?

This week we're talking about our favorite team in what might have been our favorite game of the season so far. We're excited about the prospect of a Gritty sighting. We discuss those nagging injury problems, Rick Nash's retirement, and just a little bit about what to do at the trade deadline. Oh and nonsense abounds!

This week it's mostly, kinda about the Winter Classic- the game, some specific plays, the all-important jerseys. He our team won! Patrice shows why he is the best two-way froward in the game and we gush about that as well.

Around the NHL, we talk about coaching changes and Brian Burke's comments on the Canes players making hockey fun again.

This week, we're adding up all the injuries and recapping a few games, the good ones and the bad. Hey, at least we have two good goalies. How come Nordstrom gets to take face-offs? Are teams planning for Jake DeBrusk? All this and more!

This week, we talk about the new Winter Classic jerseys. The Bruins played games this week and we have a hard time staying on track talking about them. Geoff poses a hypothetical about a recently dismissed coach. And we feel for the Ottawa Senators fanbase because the organization is a mess.

This week we have a special guest subbing in for Geoff. It's Ben! We talk about ex-Bruins and current Cane, Dougie Hamilton. But that's not all; we get a history lesson about the design of the Winter Classic jersey, talk about a German hockey game and weird beer cards, and other mostly hockey things.

VA and Geoff viewed a game in a suite and will never be able to enjoy a game again otherwise. What's also sweet is that the Bruins are playing well and beating teams they should beat, including the Red Wings. We plot of the career path of a prospect, and give history lessons on Wagner (the composer) and the Vancouver Canucks, all of which are probably wrong.
