We are devoting episode 95 to Scott Jurek and his wife Jenny. Scott completed the Appalachian Trail on July 12th covering the 2189-miles in 46 days, 8 hours and 7 minutes; a new record. It was a journey of incredible highs and lows, not only for Scott but also for Jenny. In this show we hear from both of them and we provide an insight into what it’s like to run and crew for such an epic and awesome journey… enjoy!
