CSUN Broadcaster Alan Zinsmeister and NFL Hall of Famer James Lofton join me to discuss the legacy of Brad Pye, Jr. who passed away on July 5th of 2020. Pye, Jr. was a pioneer for African-American broadcasters in the City of Angels, setting the stage for the likes of Bryant Gumbel and Jim Hill. Pye's thirty year career included time at the LA Sentinel, as well as at prominent radio stations, like KDAY, KACE and KJLH. He also spent two decades working for the City of Los Angeles. Terrell Gomez sits down to discuss his decision to leave CSUN for San Diego State as a Grad Transfer. He leaves CSUN as the 4th All-Time leading scorer (1,637 points) in school history, in just 96 games. Gomez was Big West Freshman of the Year in 2018, and a two-time First Team All Conference selection in 2019 & 2020. He's also 5th in Big West history, with 293 career three-point field goals.
