Episodios

  • Episode 96: Inverted Commas

    07/03/2011

I recently signed up for Netflix, and spend a few minutes talking about it and all the movies I’ve watched—namely, romantic comedies. There’s a little bit of news from Emerald Comic-Con. It’s nothing exciting but it is “news.” I go over Y: The Last Man—Whys and Wherefores (Brian K. Vaughan, Pia Guerra). I talk about the little good, the mostly bad, and the very ugly of the entire series.download this episodeRight-click and choose "save target as."

  • Episode 95: Zoom In!

    28/02/2011

This show’s more comic oriented than normal. How odd. I talk a lot about the new digital comic app for the Android and one with the strangest spelled name—Graphic.ly. It’s a terrible program that needs a lot of work. You can hear me struggle with it.A Preacher movie has been confirmed and I think I’m the only one who can see it working. I’m an optimist. Lastly, I finish the limited series of Army@Love: Generation Pwned (Rick Veitch, Gary Erskine). Why wasn’t this an ongoing especially in today’s world?download this episodeRight-click and choose "save target as."

  • Episode 94: The Champ Is Here!

    22/02/2011

I celebrate my recent victory in my local Northern California League for L5R despite tanking the last two tournaments. I’m that good. I then talk about the NBA Dunk Contest and the homecooking Blake Griffin got. There’s a minor bit of news this week before I go over Y: The Last Man—Motherland (Brian K. Vaughan, Pia Guerra). One more trade before I done covering how bad Y is. What more is there to say about it? Really?download this episodeRight-click and choose "save target as."

  • Episode 93: Valentine's Day Blues

    14/02/2011

Another year, another Valentine’s Day by myself. Oddly enough, I understand women more because of the very insightful book I’m reading, The Female Brain. For my Valentine’s gift, I may give myself Netflix.I talk about the rather violent and tough to read book yet insightful, Unknown Soldier: Easy Kill (Joshua Dysart, Alberto Ponticelli). Where do Americans go when we want to leave our country? If you’d like to support the show, go buy my cheap comics and movies!download this episodeRight-click and choose "save target as."

  • Episode 92: That's What She Said

    07/02/2011

Football season’s finally over, but there must be one last show about it. I talk about the Superbowl, but I spend more time going over the horrible halftime, the all right commercials, and the awesome movie trailers they showed. I’m tired of talking about Y: The Last Man, but I’m also amazed about how I can find something new and terrible each trade. This week I go over the talking and sitting or standing that Y does so well in Y: The Last Man—Kimono Dragon (Bryan K. Vaughan, Pia Guerra).download this episodeRight-click and choose "save target as."
