Hebrews 11:1-4 and Genesis 1 reveal the power of faith and spoken words in aligning with God’s will. Faith is the confidence in what we hope for, and from the beginning, God demonstrated this by speaking creation into existence. Likewise, our words should reflect faith, not fear—declaring God’s promises rather than dwelling on problems. This message will challenge us to speak life, trust in God’s truth, and align our words with His purpose, knowing that faith-filled speech can shape our circumstances and strengthen our walk with Him.

Psalm 119:109 says, “Though I constantly take my life in my hands, I will not forget your law.” This verse highlights the tension between life's uncertainties and the steady foundation of God’s Word. A balanced life isn’t about controlling every circumstance but about anchoring ourselves in His truth. When we prioritize God’s guidance, we find stability in the midst of challenges. This message will encourage us to trust His Word, seek His wisdom, and live with a balance that keeps our faith at the center of all we do.

In John 4:1-24, Jesus' conversation with the Samaritan woman reveals that true worship is not about a location or ritual but about worshiping in spirit and truth. We had the very special privilege of having Vojtech present for our service. Vojtech is a Czech citizen and member of one of the churches that we visit in our annual Czech Republic trips. In this message, we get to hear from Vojtech along with Don Schwarz, the missionary who first brought about Pastor Tom & Sharon's ministry in the Czech Republic.

Ephesians 5:19 encourages believers to speak to one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in their hearts to the Lord. These forms of worship serve a vital role in a Christian’s life, helping us to express gratitude, deepen faith, and encourage one another. Psalms remind us of God’s character and promises, hymns declare His greatness, and spiritual songs allow for personal and heartfelt worship. The Christmas story reveals Jesus as the ultimate gift—one that continues to give beyond the manger. As ambassadors of God’s kingdom, we are called to represent Christ in every aspect of our lives (2 Corinthians 5:20). Just as an ambassador speaks and acts on behalf of their leader, we are entrusted with sharing God’s message of reconciliation and love with the world. This role isn’t optional—it’s our identity as followers of Christ.
