Pastor Pete continues the series in the minor prophets in the book of Hosea. In this poetic indictment God calls out the failings of the people that were to have their identity in Him. God seeks relationship with them in the midst of their wayward way, what grace!

On this family Sunday, Pastor Pete leads us into the first verse of chapter 4. What is steadfast love? God has indicted Israel that there is not steadfast love. So what is it? Pastor Pete breaks this down for us in this mornings message.

We continue to work through the minor prophets on Sunday morning. Pastor Pete is in the third chapter of Hosea. A new King is coming and He is of the line of David who will bring HIs people back to Himself.

Pastor Pete continues the series of the Minor Prophets going through the book of Hosea. In this study Pastor Pete draws the comparison between the husband that God desires to be for His people and how sin is the opposite, enslaving people.

God’s people must turn from their idolatrous pursuit of lovers who will not satisfy and return to the Lord, their true husband and redeemer. Hosea points us to Jesus and the great price He paid to bring us back to Himself. Pastor Pete leads us through Hosea chapter 1 this morning, looking at how God calls His people back to Himself.

The minor prophets are a collection of books that bear the prophets name. The books are not about the men themselves but pointing a people to a faithfulness and fidelity to God. Each book is rich with foreshadows of Jesus Christ and a pursuit of God’s people with an exhortation to holiness. Pastor Pete gives us an introduction to our new series which will take us through each book of the minor prophets.
