Kevin McHale lead the Wolves to a 10-4 record in January, giving him the well deserved coach of the month honor for January. Many Wolves fans want McHale back, as the new attitude and style on the court has won back many veteran season ticket holders, who were considering leaving after this season. Mike Miller's shot is strongly on the uptrend where as Randy Foye's shooting has been on the down trend of late, which has hurt the Wolves recent success or lack there of.

The young improving Timberwolves win three straight games against the Hornets, Bulls and Bucks, but then are taught a lesson by the veteran Pistons and manhandled by the L.A. Lakers. This team clearly is improving and heading in the right direction, but hard lessons will be learned as this team tries to get to the next level. Mike Miller remains on the trading block, despite constant denial from within the organization.

The Timberwolves strong play continues, as the Wolves beat the Suns and Clippers, as well as hold their own in tough Utah. Host Paladino Joey goes off on a vicious rant when he talks about Ricky Davis (currently of the Clippers) and his path of destruction. The New Jersey Nets are the first major players in possibly acquiring Mike Miller from the Wolves. Joey discusses this at length.

The positivity continues for the Minnesota Timberwolves, as coach Kevin McHale has his team playing well with a dose confidence and common sense. Rashad McCants not playing (Being he lacks common sense) combined with the trending Randy Foye, and the emergence of the Wolves version of Bruce Bowen: Rodney Carney, has made the Wolves future look brighter then it once did.

What an amazing 3 weeks! The Wolves lose their 13th in a row, finally end the slide in NY, get blown out by Orlando, then regain their footing, next blow a 29 point lead in Dallas, and follow up with 4 straight wins? Lots and lots to talk about in this amazing Episode, including the reemergence of 4th quarter Foye! We saw Randy Foye provide clutch shots and an overall dynamic game as a rookie, only to see it disappear for a year and a half. Now, the player that the Wolves and wolves fans hoped for, may finally be coming out of the wood work!

How many more consecutive games will the Wolves lose? Now at 12 straight, and 7 so far under "Coach" McHale, how much longer can we stand? The malaise surrounding the fanbase of this organization is more then telling of the standing of this administration. The words "Change" and "Yes We Can" would be nice.

Well, Randy Wittman's maddeningly inconsistent rotation is gone, and with McHale relinquishing his VP duties, its time to get down to business and coach the team HE put together. The good part is, I don't think McHale will be all that bad as a coach, I'm not kidding.. its been what everyone says how they learn so much from him, now its time for him to do his job for real. The team has played better, but still is in search of a win after two games since the firing.

Clearly this team is on course for another 25 wins or less type of season once again, as I retract from my original prediction of 35. Randy Wittman has proven that he cannot coach and has no consistency with his players, his rotation, and doesn't seem to have the ability to coach offense or defense. Above all though, Rashad McCants is officially another worthless gunner that will kill you if you give him the ball, with ill timed shots that never go in to begin with. Where or where are you O.J. Mayo and Brandon Roy?

Well the Timberwolves look a lot like last year's club in losing all four games since the last show. Randy Foye struggles mightily and is benched in favor of Sebastian Telfair by the fifth game of this new season. Allen Iverson is traded to Detriot for Chauncey Billups and Antonio McDyess, Billups back home for the second time.
