Why is it important to believe in Biblical inerrancy? We find that there is a plethora of denials that follow a faulty understand of Bible Inerrancy. A denial of the historical fall of Adam. A flirting with or embracing of liberation theology with its redefining of sin (as societal rather than individual) and salvation (as political and temporal rather than spiritual and eternal). And a loose view on moral issues within and without the Church.

If it is burned up, he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames.” Your gold, silver, and costly stones are works done for the glory of God, with the right motive, and in dependence upon the power of the Holy Spirit.
