Sermon Update 1.18.26 :: I received a lot of feedback on my teachings about Overseers and actual Assemblies. I thought I would take the time and respond to some of them it in a sermon. I love everyone, and hope for the best for you all.

Sermon Update 1.17.26 :: I define the word Deacon and then go over the criteria for this Messianic office. There is some overlap with the Overseer, but there are a few points new in regards to specific doctrine, the mystery of the faith.

Sermon Update 1.11.26 :: When I taught on the Torah Community needing Overseers with actual Assemblies I had four brothers reach out to me, desiring/aspiring the office of the Overseer. This message is a call to these brothers, and anyone else desiring said office. It’s a long, tough road, but the reward is priceless.

Sermon Update 1.4.26 :: The Torah Community indeed needs Overseers with actual assemblies, but there is a set of criteria for the Overseer. The Apostle did just take up space when he wrote this section of the letter. Such men may be few in number but they exist, and it’s them we need leading our congregations.

Sermon Update 12.28.25 :: The office of an Overseer stems from Moses in the book of Exodus all the way to Apostles Peter and Paul in the Newer Testament. If a man feels called to teach Scripture, and that calling is confirmed by existing elders in the Faith, the man needs to do the hard work of planting a church community in his locality, and be faithful to the work of the ministry.

Sermon Update 12.19.25 :: This is one of the top verses in the Bible that makes people upset. There is certainly more than one interpretation of this text among scholars, but I do my best to stay within the immediate context and exegete properly. I pray that Christian wives across the world would take heed to Paul’s instruction here, instruction that he derived from the Torah.

Sermon Updated 12.12.25 :: Apostle Paul Instructs the men to be the leaders in peaceful prayer. He also instructs the women to dress modest and decent. Does this text prohibit jewelry or nice clothing for women? Listen to learn how to study the Bible.

Sermon Updated 11.28.25 :: Paul begins by instructing young Timothy, urging him to pray for everyone’s salvation, no matter who they are. Even an evil king may be saved and come to the knowledge of the one Yahweh and His human Messiah Yeshua.

Sermon Updated 11.19.25 :: Paul is overwhelmed at the mercy he’s received and gives glory to the Almighty. Then, he picks back up his exhortation to Timothy, telling him to mark a couple of men who need some chastisement.

Sermon Updated 11.12.25 :: While Paul condemns sin and sinners (vss. 7-11) he also recognizes that even the worst of sinners may repent and be forgiven. When we doubt that we have been forgiven, we should think of Paul’s words here about Yeshua’s great patience.

Sermon Updated 11.5.25 :: A teacher of the Law is a good thing, but the law can be both abused and used legitimately. Paul shows here the difference between a righteous person and a wicked person, and condemns a list of sins that he directly pulls from the Law of Moses.

Sermon Updated 10.29.25 :: It is so important to keep the main things the main things. Paul left Timothy in Ephesus in order to straighten out some who had deviated from genuine faith. Are we focused more on things that are out of our control than what is actually in our control on a daily basis?

The story began in a very dark manner, but the ending is a wonderful account of a righteous marriage that made a baby who was the Grandfather of King David. In this message learn about where true happiness lies in the life of Yahweh's servants.

Here we see Naomi learning of Boaz for the first time, that is, after she had forgotten him because of her bitterness. We see Ruth being "coached" by Naomi to approach Boaz as he is lying down at the threshing floor, a place women usually did not come to.

Here we are introduced to a very strong, wealthy, holy, noble man named Boaz. Boaz is Yahweh's means to deliver Ruth (and Naomi) from the poverty they have been experiencing for many years.

Here we learn several lessons for today from reading a book that is thousands of years old. Learn how to really provide for your family, the difference between true and false repentance, and much more.

Sermon Update 8.2021. Whenever you hear a preacher preach on having a good eye, or a single eye (KJV) you will hear them say something about having a single purpose in life. "Be focused. Don't wander." That may be pretty good advice, but it's not what Yeshua was talking about when he mentioned each of these two eyes. What is the meaning then? To understand it we have to understand the concept of idioms, and we have to reach back into the Older Testament and read some key Scriptures.

Sermon Update 8.2021. One way Yeshua teaches we practice our righteousness is by not eating. When is the last time you fasted? This lesson also looks at how we harmonize Yeshua's command to "not store up treasures upon the earth" with all the examples of saints owning earthly possessions. How do we obtain treasure in heaven? How can our heart be in heaven?

Usually, when a presbyterian believer (among others) speaks to an "immersionist" about sprinkling in Scripture, the listener immediately "turns him off." Why? Because the immersionist doesn't believe sprinkling to be a proper mode. However, sprinkling is taught in Scripture. Listen to learn more.
