This is a talk given in Franklin, NC concerning when the weekly Sabbath day in Scripture, is. It is a simple, basic introduction to a lunar based timing for the weekly Sabbath.

This is a talk that was given at a meeting in Franklin, North Carolina concerning the day of the New Moon in Scripture. Just how set apart should the day of the New Moon be kept?

There is a difference between unintentional sins and sins committed defiantly. It is a capital crime to violate the Sabbath command. Four tassels, with a blue cord in each, are commanded to be worn on your garment. Text taught from Numbers 15.

Have you ever heard anyone say that Jesus only gave us two commandments? This sermon delves into the text where Yeshua mentions two commandments and seeks to understand His statement in the context in which is was made.

A verse-by-verse teaching on the parable of the sower. Considers many aspects within the parable including regeneration, the preservation of the saints, preaching the gospel, evidence of salvation, and much more.

Sermon Update 10.14.21. The most well known verse in all the Bible is likely Matthew 7:1. Even unbelievers quote this verse (out of context). This lesson examines the phrase "judge not" in the context of Matthew 7, and in the context of the rest of Yeshua's teachings. I also go into one of the laws in Exodus 22 as it relates to what Yeshua says in Matthew 7:6.

During the 70th week the coming prince (little horn, beast, man of lawlessness) commits an abomination that brings desolation. When does this happen? What is it? Is Daniel the only prophet or man that speak of such an occurrence? We do not need to be ignorant of these things, or else we will be deceived.

There are two schools of thought when it comes to the 70th week of Daniel. One position is that the 70th week has been fulfilled, the other is that it has yet to be fulfilled. Those who believe it is yet future believe in a parenthesis of time between the 69th and 70th week. Is this Scriptural?

Yahweh answers Daniel's prayer by revealing a plan of 70 weeks to Daniel. When do these weeks begin? Have these weeks come to complete fulfillment? How are these weeks measured? These questions among others are answered in this sermon.

Daniel knew that the people of Judah needed to humble themselves and seek Yahweh through prayer and fasting in order for them to be placed back in their homeland. Daniel prays here and his prayer is one where we learn that prayer is not about us. It is all about Yahweh.

Daniel, in reading the scroll of the prophet Jeremiah, realized that the Judahites would be held captive in Babylon for 70 years. Why 70 years? The Bible is not stingy on giving us the details here. Listen to learn how we must not ever take lightly any of the Divine instructions given by the Creator.

In Daniel 8 we have another ruler described as a "little horn." He is not to be confused with the little horn of Daniel 7 but at the same time he is to be seen as somewhat of a pre-figure or type of the man of sin that is to come.

Harold Camping, owner of Family Radio, has made a prediction that the end of the world will take place on May 21, 2011. This day will include such things as a great earthquake, the rapture, and dead bodies of the unsaved lying on top of the ground. I taught this lesson a few days before the supposed end of the world.

Daniel has yet another vision concerning a two horned ram and a one horned goat. The Bible helps us heavily with this vision by giving us a large portion of the interpretation in the same chapter. This sermon not only delves into the text of Daniel 8, but also talks about a concept championed by the Protestant Reformation called sola scriptura as well as tota scriptura.

The little horn that rises up out of the head of the fourth beast/kingdom has not yet come on the scene. This sermon seeks to parallel texts of Scripture that deal with this little horn in Daniel by different titles. It also includes a look into what the mark of the beast is and is not.

After the fourth beast is destroyed the Messianic Kingdom arrives. Is this Kingdom current or is it yet future? Will things get better in our world today or worse? Is the 1,000 years of Revelation 20 figurative or literal?

When studying prophecy we need to make sure we do not make additions and subtractions to Scripture. It is so easy to be led astray by what we want, think, or feel the Bible to be saying. This sermon begins to delve into Daniel's dream of the four beasts.

In spite of facing the consequence of death Daniel continued to live his life in the service of Yahweh just as he always did. This sermon covers some often overlooked teachings in Scripture concerning set prayer times and facing Jerusalem in prayer.

Belshazzar is the second Babylonian King recorded for us to read about and learn from in Scripture. Have you ever heard the expression, "The handwriting is on the wall"? This chapter is where that saying originates.

This is one of the more odd portions of Scripture in that it is difficult for the human mind to grasp what really happened to this Babylonian king. Listen to learn how that Yahweh can do whatever He wants to do to humble a person.
