Once we learn when to begin counting for the Feast of Weeks we must then make sure that we are counting what Yahweh commands us to count. Do we count seven Sabbaths or are we only required to count seven weekly periods regardless of where the Sabbath falls?

Yeshua came to this earth to be the sinless lamb of God. This means he never violated the Torah. His mission had absolutely nothing to do with destroying his Father's law. Every letter and stroke remains intact.

There is a controversy when it comes to the correct count to the Day of Pentecost mentioned in Acts 2. This lesson begins to unpack the controversy by considering a few different angles to beginning the count.

Scripture tells us that sin is the transgression of Yahweh's law. If sin still exists today then that must mean that law still exists today. If law still exists today, and we shouldn't sin, then we should be obedient to law.

When Joseph found out that Miriam his betrothed wife was with child, he pondered in his heart what to do. An angel showed up to him in a dream and told him this was the fulfillment of a prophecy that spoke of a child being named Immanuel. If the dream told Joseph to name the child Immanuel, why do we not call the child Immanuel?

We do well if we understand the concept that Yahweh works through vessels here upon the earth. Many times the agent Yahweh is working through is spoken about as though they are Yahweh himself. Such speech is common from a Hebraic point of view.

Luke 1:34 is a very crystal clear text in Scripture authenticating the virgin conception of Yeshua, yet many people still continue to deny this doctrine pointing out what they feel are inconsistencies within Scripture. Was the virgin conception of Messiah just a pagan myth?

The conception in the womb of Elizabeth was great, but what comes 6 months later is even more great. Here we walk through the beginning of Luke's birth narrative focusing in on the meaning of Hebrew betrothal as well as the child that would be born to the young teenager, Miriam.

The angel Gabriel speaks of the greatness of the child that would be born to Zechariah and Elizabeth. But, Zechariah doubts the angels message and is struck with the inability to speak. Elizabeth conceives and is thankful for Yahweh's grace.

Who is Yeshua? Many people answer this question with various answers. Some people say Melchizedek is Yeshua or that Yeshua was the angel of Lord in the Old Testament. Are these answers Scriptural? Who really is Yeshua? Is he Almighty Yahweh?

Luke begins his account of Yeshua the Messiah by starting with the parents of a child who was conceived before Yeshua. These parents are righteous people, in the eyes of the Father. They were special, hand picked by the Father for a purpose.

There is just too much emphasis placed upon the New Moon in Scripture for it to be an ordinary day. The New Moon isn't just a day or phase to declare and then go about our mundane things like we do during the work week.

Does Yahweh really choose who will be saved and who will be lost? If this is the case, then why does He find fault with sinners if He is the reason they are left to remain in their sin?

Paul explains in this section of his letter that not all Israel are truly Israel. What in the world does he mean here? To understand Paul's point you must travel back in time to see what took place in the life of people like Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, and Jacob.

Paul writes here that he has an intense sorrow in his heart for his fellow brothers in Israel that do not know Yeshua as the Messiah. He wonders if Yahweh's promises to Israel are meaningless seeing that many in Israel are unregenerate.

Paul closes this section of his epistle to the Roman assembly by reminding them that even though they are being put to death like sheep taken to the slaughter this does not mean that the love of Yahweh has left them.
