The greatest position that we could ever have is the position we have in and through our elder brother Yeshua.

Can you imagine how appreciative people were to see rain for the first time in 3 1/2 years? We often don't realize how special something is until it is taken away. Listen to learn about Yahweh's gifts, and about how we should place Yahweh's law at the forefront of our walk to the kingdom.

Sometimes our prayers are answered immediately and dramatically, but Yahweh is not obligated to answer anyone this way. At other times, He chooses to delay His answer with little to no drama. We shouldn't become discouraged, but should keep on praying.

After Elijah's slaughters the prophets of Baal, he kneels down and puts his face between his knees. What can we learn from his gesture?

We have an inheritance, because we are in the Messiah. The down payment of this is the Holy Spirit, given to us when we believed.

A dear brother in our fellowship, Jerry Kendall, shares with us how through his life, different people sowed seeds to help him get to where he is today. Now, he does the same, and is reminded to be patient. Sometimes, the seed you sow may not bear fruit until you the sower have breathed your last breath here on the earth.

Part 1 in the Church Discipline series. The Apostle Paul takes a law from the Prophet Moses and applies it to the New Covenant Congregation. This lesson begins discussing on what to do when we see our fellow brother and sister fall into a sin, and remain unrepentant.

It would be easy to skip over the texts in the Bible that are uncomfortable. Verses that speak of death or the death penalty are sobering, but biblical. Yahweh is not only a Mighty One of love, He is also a Mighty One of wrath.

After Baal's prophets had their turn, Elijah had his. Elijah stacked the odds against himself, and then said a simple prayer to Yahweh. Elijah prayed that Israel would realize that Yahweh was turning their hearts back to Him.

The reason all the glory goes to Yahweh is because all the salvation comes from Yahweh. Listen to learn about Yahweh's charity, charity He gives to people He owes nothing to. Charity to people who need it desperately.

As the contest begins, the prophets of Baal "pray" to their mighty one for many hours, but he never answers. No matter how loud they get or how much they dance, Baal is silent. Sometimes, we bring the mentality of Baal's prophets into our prayer life to Yahweh. Yeshua tells us not to do this. We can't impress Yahweh.

Yahweh works in ways that do not make human sense, so that our faith will stop standing in the wisdom of man. This lesson also covers the importance of calling upon the name of the Creator, Yahweh, just like the prophet Elijah did.

Ahab accused Elijah of being a trouble-maker. But, Ahab was the real trouble-maker. He had abandoned what he knew to do. He had given up on service to Yahweh.

Obadiah, the man in charge of king Ahab's palace, greatly feared Yahweh, but still worked for a wicked king. Listen to learn about how it takes wisdom among men in order to work for Yahweh's will and way.

Sometimes, our word from Yahweh comes, "after a long time." But, Yahweh is with us, and loves us, through our weak, weary, worn times of life. The tiniest amount of faith is still faith. His power isn't hinged to our eloquence or length or loudness in prayer. He just wants us to give up trying to do it ourselves.
