I am of the belief that we are all works in progress. We are never done learning, growing, exploring. What happens though when you feel as if you can't go on? What happens when you feel there is no other choice than to take your life?  This week I talk about a disturbing article that cites that the U.S. Suicide rate has surged to a 30 year high. Keep moving forward. 

Are you making yourself a priority? What are you doing on a daily basis to engage in your self care, self renewal, and self improvement? There is immense power in our words. Not only in the words that we say to others, but perhaps more importantly what we say to ourselves. What happens to us when we say IF ONLY. What instead if we say I WILL?

The power of chinese bamboo trees is that for years despite watering, fertilizing, and care, shows no growth. After years, and seemingly overnight, the tree sprouts 80 feet in a matter of weeks.  Like our lives, it is hard to just "push play, and walk away" thinking that when we come back that change, growth will be instant.
