    In March of 2024 a woman on a scooter crashed due to a buckle on a SLC sidewalk -- on West Temple between 400 and 500 South-- and later died. The KSL Investigative team has learned that previous complaints warned that this sidewalk was a "neck breaker" and "wheelchair breaker" according to a man who filed a complaint that went nowhere.
