    Steve Klauke, 69-years-old, well known in Utah as the longtime voice of the Salt Lake Bees. Steve passed away over the weekend after being struck by a vehicle while out on an evening walk. He spent 29 years broadcasting 4181 Bees games... and won the Utah broadcaster of the year award in 1995, 2015, and 2016. Klauke retired just this past season, and Dave and Debbie are joined by KSL 5 TV's Alex Cabrero about what is known about the accident that took his life and the impact the passing of this Utah sports legend will have on his family and Utah sports fans everywhere.

Addiction took center stage through the process of Hunter Biden's gun trial and the stories are something that are unfortunately very relatable for many families. Hunter Biden was found guilty on 3 felony counts. Two of the three charges were for Biden lying about drug use on a federal background check form, the other was for possessing a gun while addicted to an illegal drug. What came to light during most of this trial was Hunter Biden's struggle with addiction and the impact it had on members of his family. Dave and Debbie discuss.

That is what now political candidate in a race for county commission, Steve Zollinger said during a housing debate last year. At issue, was a debate about a sweeping ban on apartments, duplexes across Box Elder County. Debbie shares more about the comments made by Box Elder Planning Commissioner and now republican Commission Candidate, Steve Zollinger. Senate Minority Leader Luz Escamilla joins the conversation to share her reaction and discusses if lawmakers can do anything to force the county's hand to retract this building ban. Then, Dave and Debbie hear from Box Elder County Planning Commissioner, Republican Candidate for Box Elder County Commission Steve Zollinger, who speaks to the comments he made about Mexicans and Koreans. International Olympic Committee leaders decided to advance Utah’s bid to a final vote by the full IOC membership in July. D2 hears from callers about whether they're part of the almost 80% that want the games back, or whether they're part of the 20% that don't.
