Why do people struggle, often for their whole lives, to lose fat or stay skinny? It’s definitely not for lack of trying. I’m going to start of with a blog post excerpt of my next guest…..And as a teaser, this guest as been requested by some of my listeners….So here is his blog post which will kick off what we will be talking about today…. He Writes: "Calories are simply a measure of energy. So from this view, excess body fat, a storage form of energy, is a result of excess energy, or too many calories in and not enough calories out.
