Sue's passion for helping people to be maximally effective in their work lives has driven her teaching and research work on self-management, proactivity, change from below, and leadership and its development.

This week, we interview Craig Clay, the President of Global Capital Markets at DFIN. Before his current role, he served as senior vice president at R.R. Donnelley, leading the Global Capital Markets and Legal Process Outsourcing business. Before joining the company, Craig was a leading financial analyst at American Eurocopter, a subsidiary of Aerospatiale. Craig received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Craig serves as a trustee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City and is a Peloton Document Solutions, LLC board member. 

This week we welcome Dr. Eric Boyd and Anna Boyd to the podcast. Eric is an award-winning Associate Professor of Marketing who teaches sports marketing and sales in the DeVos Sport Business Management program at the University of Central Florida. Anna Boyd brings her clients over 25 years of experience as a trusted senior leader in the government, corporate and non-profit sectors where she led housing, mortgage finance and community development policy at a national level. She is also a certified Executive Coach. They are the founders of FairWays to Leadership (fairwaystoleadership.org), a nonprofit organization providing leadership development training to college students from diverse communities using the game of golf.

This week we revisit the subject of developing resilience with Edward H. Powley, Ph.D. (Ned) is an Associate Professor of Management in the Graduate School of Defense Management (GSDM) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). He teaches organizational behavior in the MBA and EMBA programs for GSDM. He facilitates workshops, coaches senior leaders, and teaches modules on leadership and emotional intelligence for the Center of Executive Education (CEE) and the Human Resources Center of Excellence (HRCOE) at NPS.

This week we interview Kirk Williams, the CHRO of Donnelly Financial Solutions (DFIN), a $1B global financial compliance company based in Chicago.  In this role, Kirk is responsible for setting all Human Resource and Communications strategies for the company and leads a team of 35 professionals who support 2,500 employees in 14 countries worldwide.  Kirk has extensive experience working with executives and boards of directors.  He is known for being a transformational leader who finds pragmatic solutions to complex problems and helps companies achieve superior results. Kirk shares leadership lessons learned in his career.

In this episode, we revisit our interview with Joel Trammell, a successful CEO, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience.
