I have heard some honest discussions from Operators who prioritized Career over Fatherhood. You can do both, it just has to be a conscious effort. Marcus is doing research and creating a practice to coach men how to be better Dads. This is a phenomenal idea, parenting does not always come naturally, and having a coach may be just the answer.
