Vegan Danielle

Beata grew up in Communist Poland where meat was rationed and people were looking for alternative ways to get it. She tells the story of childhood experiences where her family would slaughter pigs in their own backyard to get around the mandatory rations. When she was a young adult, she came to the US as an exchange student and experienced even more difficulties (I'll allow her to explain). Today, Beata is a mother, a vegan, and an advocate for plant-based cooking and eating!
