Episode 074 - Aaron Foster has been a firefighter for 22 years, with the last 17 years being in Washington D.C. He's been investing in real estate for 16 years and owns a small woodworking company based in College Park (MD). Aaron has completed dozens of real estate deals that range from tax liens and new builds to flips and rentals across Maryland, West Virginia, and D.C. Metro.
