Addict Lines

I had a bit of a wobbly today and have, in a very short time, managed to cause quite a lot of grief to myself and others. This week I talk about dependency and how I struggle to avoid it, what I did to stop myself from using and what's in store for this addict to help me better deal with life day to day.
