Hunter Wood from Apopka High school located in Florida. Coach Wood has had a very successful run with football over the last few years, and the other sports he works with have been successful as well. Lots of good things going on at Apopka, so before we get to the interview, here is just a little about coach wood. Coach Hunter Wood is a graduate of East Carolina University where he was a 4 year letter winner with the Pirate Football Team. After graduation Coach moved to Central Florida and began to train and prepare Central Florida’s top athletes, teams and corporate professionals. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist a  Performance Enhancement Specialist as well as being Functional Movement Screen Certified, Coach Wood uses his education and experience to gain the most out of each client and team that he trains.
