Simply Not Easy

Wim Hof is a legend to many, especially to those familiar with the frozen tundra. I love his analogies where he calls his practice extremely dangerous, unlike the safety of American Football. He is a teacher in controlling our breath, to control of physiology, regardless of the surrounding environmental obstacles we may face.
