Good morning! I didn’t properly weigh myself a week ago, so we are going over what I lost in the last two weeks! 2 Weeks Ago: 268LBS This Week: 263.8LBS ( ⬇️4.2LBS This Week) Lost a Total of ⬇️60LBS! I have now made it too the 60lbs down club. I can’t wait till I reach the 250’s. For the last two weeks, with my medication and therapy, I’ve been just trying to get slowly back to normal before I posted regularly again. I started to make sure I worked out, ate right, and all of that stuff.  Everything is going really great. I have more details about the medication and the therapy and how those have been helping me, or have not been helping me. I appreciate all of the love and support you have all given me. I don’t know much more content I’m gonna make this week. No promises. We’ll see how it goes! Kick Monday’s ass!
