It's been a month since we published a brand new episode. We've been busy, but we're excited to be back! In this episode, we give you a short update on all that's been going on, PLUS we dive deep into our Yoga Teacher Training.This is what we spoke about during the episodeA very short run down of Carla's wedding. It was magical!
