When Valentina Sanna developed flu-like symptoms and a headache on Boxing Day, her family assumed she just had a bad cold. Casting director, Mark Summers is looking for people who have suffered from meningococcal disease. This is for a public service announcement about meningitis awareness that will air on TV and other media outlets. The emphasis is on bringing awareness to parent and the public at large to better understand this disease and encourage families to speak with their health care provider about preventative options.
