Authentic Smile

In today episode of “Authentic Smile” I wanted to start the week off with sharing my perspective of positive leadership and what it takes to be or become a leader that others genuinely want to follow. Being a positive light of energy to those around you speaks volumes to your character and will help build that positive wall of comfort to your life. I believe people are born to lead and I also believe that this skill can be learned by those who may not be a “natural” leader.
