Voting is one of the highest luxury we get as United States citizens. It is a birth right to be a part of a democracy that allow us to have a voice. Sometimes those voices are silenced when we relinquish our right by not being informed or making time to go out and vote. Today there is something important, let’s rant.

Local business is an integral part of many small and big cities across the world but the numbers don’t lie and more and more people are closing their doors. Why? Because they provide shitty service and probably a horrible product. If you’re one of those owners let me tell you what you’re doing wrong!

They say 25% of all people experience the fear of public speaking. Having been in many situations where I had to hold a public forum I thought I discuss this. Let’s rant!

Now a days it seems more apparent that we as parents are hard on ourselves for how our kids turn out before it seem like it was the luck of the roll. But research has proven that the success factor of kids today compared to our parents has diminished. Is it us? Let’s rant about it

Sometimes you may feel like happiness is something not everyone gets to enjoy. When your stuck at work watching others live life not realizing that they to work. We may make assumptions not knowing the facts. But one thing is for sure, your happiness is in your control, let me tell you why...chime in!

We have all been in those annoying situations where we don’t want to deal with a negative person at work or in your circle of friends. Sometimes you just don’t know how to approach it but one things for sure it can’t go forever being bad, so let’s talk about it!

Sometimes it seems like self confidence comes natural to some and hard to others. Anxiety seems to be more apparent now a days. Having the feeling of not knowing is daunting for some. For the last year I was fighting myself trying to understand why I felt this horrific feeling that I probably wasn’t doing what I wanted or maybe even capable of it anymore. I didn’t know what it was but let me tell you it’s normal. Let’s rant about it!

It’s been a more apparent thing hearing people say “I hate my job!” Is it a millennial thing only or is it everybody. Let’s rant!

Self doubt is a mood killer, I was fighting it for sometime. But don't let the side conversations that down play what you are trying to do with your life affect you. Keep your head up chest out and go follow your dreams. Presidential race for 2020 has started, who are you voting for? Andrew Yang, perhaps! If you not registered to vote, you need to be. It's vital. Lets talk about it.

Bad experience equals a learning lesson or maybe not but hopefully you doing a shitty job gets you a better one! Listen up....

Everyone is not born into financial freedom. Most of us are poor and will be poor for the rest of our lives. But that doesn’t have to be true for you! Are you willing to sacrifice your time now, knowing later will be good? Does your partner support that decision? Can they see your vision? Let’s talk about it.

Let’s end the NIPSEY debate, the conspiracy and let’s realize a GREAT man was taken from a lot of people in need. Unity amongst minorities, gangs and people in general is necessary for us to progress. It’s time!

The bad seem to live forever while the great don’t get enough time. Let’s cherish those who truly would give their life for us without a doubt. Let’s not hold on too grudges and let’s love one another. RIP NIPSEY HUSSLE

Every ones loyalty is in the wrong place now a days. People only do things for others if it’s convenient. Being a good friend is about other people being good to you. Some of you are too selfish and self centered. Let’s talk about it.

Some of us know what we want to do in life and some of us don’t have a damn clue. That don’t mean your life sucks or someone who knows what they want to do is better. We all figure this life thing as we go. Don’t think of things you do as a waste of time, while you think you’re wasting your time you may figure out what you want to do. I had a conversation with a hairstylist, chime in to hear what we talked about.

It’s not easy getting to the next level in your career or getting into a career at all. But don’t get comfortable in your 9 to 5 that you don’t look for the next step to work towards that financial freedom we all chase. Let’s talk about some things that have worked for me.
