The monstrous Scrooge, who lives in the sewers beneath London, joins up with wicked shock-headed businessman The Ghost of Christmas Past to topple Kermit the Frog once and for all. But when Ghost's timid assistant, Rizzo, finds out, and The Ghost tries to kill him, he is transformed into the sexy Rat Puppet.
