As disciples, followers of Jesus, we need to endure trials, testing and longsuffering. Matthew 24 says, "He who endures to the end, shall be saved." Being a disciple, requires us to OBSERVE what He has commanded. To see it, apply it, and obey it. How serious it is when we trample Jesus, the son of God, under our feet when we don't choose Him, but rather be the god of our own lives. The blood that was shed and sprinkled on the Mercy Seat to make peace between God and man - we cannot count it as ordinary, or mock the Spirit of Grace - we will be judged, and it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. He is coming to bring justice on the earth.
