"When we desire to be somebody else, or take on somebody else's identity, or find our identity through some other means, we create within ourselves a dual identity, which creates an internal conflict that can only bring trauma to the soul. It is so important to understand who we are in Christ, and discover who we were created to be. The best way to see who you are, is by seeing yourself through the lens of your Creator. When you see yourself through God's lens, and allow Him to define who you are, you won't see yourself as you are, you'll see yourself as you're created to be."
