That Empty Feeling Mayor Rory pays an unannounced visit to The Tunnels. He is looking for a status update on the search for the Waffle Batter sphere. He is desperate to have the power and water problems in Middling Fair resolved. People are beginning to complain very loudly. And, the pressure of dealing with the constant power cuts seems to be affecting Mayor Rory in a rather odd way. Derrick steps in and explains what is happening to both the town and the Mayor.
