Finance ministers from wealthy G7 nations have pledged to commit to a global minimum corporate tax of at least 15%, rallying behind a US-backed plan. Seán Defoe was joined by Chief Economist at Davy Conall Mac Coille to discuss the topic. The economist says that Ireland has plenty to offer to foreign investment. An educated workforce and being part of the European single market are amongst the reasons that Mac Coille believes that Ireland will remain attractive to corporations.
