Off The Lead

In school we are thought about the component parts of what we are learning. When learning maths we learn addition, then subtraction/multiplication/algebra etc and this form of learning certainly has it's place. But, it's not the be all and end all. This will work well for some and not for others (speaking as an 'other' myself).This episode is my exploration of how I like to teach martial arts, all at once and with low resolution.
