The question is now, how do we guard our soul? In Philippians 4:6-8, we are told to be anxious for nothing and then we would be given the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. Not only will it surpass all understanding, it will guard your heart! We learn that it's the peace of God that will guard our heart, all we have to do is guard our peace!
