We start with gentrification in the Bay Area/northern California and Denver and brush on the possible inevitability of gentrification basically everywhere and talk their unique history of activism. Of course, we discuss their extremely pioneering (way back in 1995!) and innovative use of the internet to successfully further their exposure and create a closer connection with fans.
