Much has been made lately, in the press and in blogs, of the move by many people from the Bay Area to the Sacramento area, often times in order to afford less expensive housing.   Song parodist “Loose Bruce” Kerr (nationally: Dr. Demento Show; Jim Bohannon Show), himself a Bay Area resident for 33 years who moved his family from Mountain View & Morgan Hill to Roseville, a suburb of Sacramento in 2017 has released this parody. Kerr sings and plays all the instruments one at a time in his multitrack studio in Roseville, CA.
