My guest this week is David Kendall, the Chair of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.David is a faculty member of the International Space University and was a Senior Executive at the Canadian Space Agency during his long career. While trained as a scientist, David has become an important leading expert on global space policy and law.
