Mark Yusko is the Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Morgan Creek Capital Management, a company that provides investment management services to institutions and wealthy families. Prior to forming Morgan Creek, Mark was the President, Chief Investment Officer and Founder of UNC Management Company, the endowment investment office for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to that, Mark was the Senior Investment Officer for the university of Notre Dame Investment office, where he joined as an Assistant Investment Officer in October of 2003. We spend a lot of time talking about asset allocation, manager selection and portfolio construction, which are topics Mark is a true expert in.
