We often time say we are nutritionists or we are nutrition professionals, in reality food is what gives us the nutrition. And food, in my belief, as I have been in my career a long time, it’s the food that’s what really important and how that food is grown. You know all that kind of stuff and the sustainability issues are probably more important than the nutrition issues and we really need to be looking at all the issues as professionals in that arena.
