I don't think they got the top real estate markets for 2018 right - lets talk about it. When it comes to good data for investors, it is hard to argue with a big operation like Zillow coming out with the top real estate markets for 2018. Well, we do things a bit different around here and for my money, Zillow has not got it completely right. Well, at least not right for investors. Of course, this is not the first time I have had an issue with Zillows predictions. If I recall correctly, I had similar issues with their top 10 list for 2017. This year, we will review what they have to say and see if we can't tweak the list to work a little better for investors.
