Discount brokerages have been around forever. The internet has created a new flavor, and its not good for most buyers and sellers. Over the years that I have been doing this show, I have shared with you many things that I feel work against the best interests of buyers and sellers. Normally, when we have discussed these kinds of things, we were talking about isolated cases where maybe one of these bad things was in play. What we have today, is a monster created by the internet. This monster promises to save you money while forcing you to subscribe to a process that has a good chance of costing you more than they are claiming to save you.
