One moment of patience may ward off great disaster. One moment of impatience may ruin a whole life. ~ Chinese Proverb One of the most important skills that we can discover in life is patience. When I look at many of the self created issues that i have experienced in life, they generally come from a situation that could have been prevented if i would have had a little more patience. This week we will learn the benefits of having patience and some techniques that we can use to learn this important skill.
