"Usually if you do something you love, it tends to make you happier and feel better.” Today’s guest is my niece, Claire, one of the most awesome, interesting teenagers I know. From losing her father at a very young age, to growing up with epilepsy, to being wrongfully accused of self harm at school, she’s already accumulated a significant amount of life experience for her age, all of which she’s used to grow from and create a genuinely happy life for herself.
