This week Sarah is joined by Larah Pamplin. Larah was dancing before she was even born, and with her mom as her dance teacher she was brought right into the dance world. Moving from San Antonio to New York city was a big jump for Larah, but one that has made her into the dancer she is today. Sarah and Larah discuss New York vs LA, Larah gives her thoughts on ship life, and they discuss how the Pure Barre method works for dancers cross training.
