This week, we are sitting down with dancer and yoga instructor Renay Wright. From the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, to Las Vegas to completing her Yoga certification, Renay has seen a lot in the dance world. She has worked as an avid performer in Las Vegas and LA, and has now shifted her focus to yoga, practicing and teaching and sharing her love of Yoga with others.
