Be Bold, Be Brave, Be You!

In this week's solo episode, Colleen shares her joy following Ellie's traithlon and encourages us all to say yes more often. Even though we may be uncertain or uncomfortable, saying yes can open doors to new experiences, relationships and opportunities and at a minimum helps us grow as people.
